Privacy statement – ARIOL Consulting

ARIOL Consulting is firmly committed to the protection of personal data. This privacy statement describes why and how we collect and use personal data. It applies to personal data provided to us, both by the data subjects themselves and by third parties. We may use the personal data you provide to us for any of the purposes we indicate at the time of collection. 

ARIOL Consulting, processes personal data for numerous purposes, and the means of collection, lawful bases of processing, use, disclosure and retention periods for each purpose may be different. When collecting and using personal data, our policy is to be transparent about why and how we process personal data, which is why all of the above aspects are disclosed in each data collection, with a focus on each specific case. 

We only share personal data with third parties when we are legally permitted to do so. When we share data with third parties, we enter into contractual agreements.  

Personal data may be transferred to: 

• Other firms in the group, ARIOL Consulting: we may share personal data with other member firms of ARIOL Consulting when necessary for administrative purposes and to provide professional services to our clients. 
• Third parties providing IT services to us: we use third parties to assist us in providing our services and to help provide, run and manage our internal IT systems. For example, information technology providers, cloud-based software-as-a-service providers, website hosting and management, data backup, and storage. 
• Third parties that assist us in providing services: We may work with other vendors to assist us in providing professional services to our customers. In these cases, appropriate contracts will be signed to legitimize the processing of data by these third parties. 
• Auditors, insurers and professional advisors: in the provision of services we may need to share data with our auditors, insurers and/or professional advisors. In these cases the corresponding contracts will be signed to legitimize the processing of data by these third parties. 

• Law enforcement or regulatory bodies: we may receive requests for information from Authorities or regulatory bodies that involve the disclosure of personal data, this request may be to verify that we are complying with applicable laws and regulations.
