New VDA ISA 6.0 version for Tisax®.

As of April 1, 2024, all upcoming TISAX® assessments will be governed by the updated VDA ISA 6.0 version. According to the VDA, the previous version 5.1 has been enhanced and adjusted to meet the standards of the new ISO27001:2022 and the NIST Framework. Working with the revamped VDA ISA 6.0 catalog will be more convenient and efficient for both users and auditors.

VDA ISA 6.0 features an extensive set of enhancements, focusing especially on the availability of Information Technology (IT) and Operational Technology (OT) vendors, along with a comprehensive overhaul of the personal data protection catalog.

With the arrival of ISA version 6, we are pleased to announce substantial changes to the TISAX labels. In line with evolving security demands, the previous “Info High” and “Info Very High” labels will be replaced by “Confidential” and “Strictly Confidential”.

TISAX assessments requested prior to April 1, 2024 will maintain the previous “Info” standards. After this date, the new “Confidential” and “Strictly Confidential” labels will automatically apply.
